As I am a vegan and have a pretty clean diet. I thought the Ultimate Reset would do nothing for me. But, boy was I wrong. It was the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. It made me focus on what I was really eating, when I was eating it and how much I was eating. And the meals (recipes, shopping list, tips, videos and more) were amazing. So good, and filling as well. Drinking water was stressed. It was very important to drink lots of water, which was very important for me, as I tend not to drink enough fluid in a day. So, I liked having set times through out the day that I made myself drink water. And this is one habit I am going to continue from now on.
I did not lose as much weight as most, I only lost 6 lbs over 21 days. It did make me more aware of what I was eating. Which I really feel we all need to do at least once a year. This is something I think we should all do after the holidays in January, to feel, look and be healthier. Get our eating under control from all the holiday bingeing. Also, great to do before starting a new fitness program. You can optimize your results.
